How to log well
- 1 Log in real time
Record meals as you have them, as precisely as you can.
- 2 Break meals into parts
Coffee + milk + sugar = three separate items.
- 3 Leave ~2 hours between meals
It gives a clean glucose-response reading.
- 4 Observing Shabbat?
Log weekday activity — you can fill it in retroactively after Shabbat.
