Understanding your reports
Taking part in the study gives you a deep, personal picture of your health. Over time you receive individual reports in your secure personal area — several of them based on advanced tests you can’t get anywhere else, such as your gut microbiome composition, your glucose response over two weeks, and insights from your genetics.
Each report is written to be read on its own, with clear explanations of what was measured and what it means for you. You can view a gated example of a personal report in the secure app.
When results arrive
Your reports are returned over time, as each set of samples and measurements is processed and analysed. You’ll be notified in your personal area when a new report is ready. Some advanced results take longer, because they require additional analysis before they can be shared.
Personal area
All of your reports and account details live in the secure personal area — the external Project 10K app. Sign in there any time to view new results, revisit earlier reports, and manage your account.
