Everything you need to decide and sign up

Project 10K is built from several cohorts: groups of people who share a health profile. This page walks you through why to take part, who can join, what you get, and how registration works — then lets you pick the group that describes you.

Why participate

Project 10K is a long-term study that measures your health in unusual depth, so researchers can learn what predicts disease long before symptoms appear — and one day catch it earlier. Taking part means your health is measured more thoroughly than almost anywhere else, and your data helps build that knowledge for everyone.

  • See your health early. Advanced tests reveal signals that ordinary check-ups miss.
  • Free and confidential. Every test, visit and personal report is provided at no cost, and your data is handled under strict medical-data rules.
  • Contribute to science. Your participation helps researchers understand how health changes over time across thousands of people.

Project 10K is a research study — its reports are not a clinical diagnosis. Participation is voluntary and you can stop at any time.

What's required of me

Most cohorts share the same core requirements. The registration questionnaire confirms your exact fit.

  • Israeli resident

You live in Israel and can visit a study site in person.

  • Within the age range

Each cohort sets its own range, from 18 to 70+.

  • Matching health profile

Healthy, younger, or living with a specific condition.

The commitment: an initial lab visit of about 2–3 hours, a couple of home kits you complete yourself, and a follow-up every two years. It is a long-term study, but always voluntary — you can withdraw at any time.
